For international customers, making payments with PayPal or American Express money orders is strongly recommended. It is customer's responsibility to check duty, if any, that may be imposed by the receipient's customs/government office.
To pay with check or money order, select "Mail check or money order" option under the "Choose payment method." (You do not need to complete the credit card information.) Mail a check or money order to the above address "Attention: Internet Order Department." Be sure to write your order number on the face of the check or money order. Upon receipt of payment, an order paid by money order will be processed right away while an order paid by check will remain on hold until the check clears. The fee for a returned check is $25.

In order to better service our customers in a timely manner, we impose a $5 minimum order requirement. The company reserves the right to change pricing at any time without a prior notice.
Merchandise are usually shipped in 1-5 business days. If paid by check or money order, merchandise will be shipped as soon as the payment is received and verified/cleared. We may withhold shipments of certain orders to ensure proper payment.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A competitive shipping charges starting at $5.95 will be added to all orders. All foreign orders will be shipped via Air Mail and charged according to the respective country table. Please add additional 3-10 business days for delivery to military and non-USA destinations.
If the ordered item is out of stock, customer will be notified via e-mail within 2-5 business days.
In accordance with the universal retail policy for special occasion items, all sales are considered FINAL. However, we understand that online customers are purchasing under somewhat blind conditions. Thereby, we allow returns for exchanges upto two times or store credits (for future use without expiration date) as follows. For exchange or store credit, less shipping cost:
1. A return authorization number (RMA#) should be obtained via e-mail to email@example.com
2. Write the RMA# on outside of the package as well as on the enclosed packing slip with a note for the exchange/credit.
3. Return postmark the package within 3 days of the receipt/delivery of the merchandise. For Express orders, return package must be postmarked within 24 hours of receipt.
It is important that the package is postmarked within the stated time under ANY circumstances for proper credit. Saturday is counted as 1 day but Sunday is not counted. Under no circumstances, items will be accepted after the special occasion date. It is important that the return package is postmarked within the specified time even if prior authorization was not obtained.
All merchandise must be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION, with the original tag, in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING. It is very important that the return items arrive in new, resalable condition, in original packaging to ensure full credit. The company reserves the right to refuse or impose 25-70% restocking fees on all unauthorized, late, damaged, and/or items missing labels. Returns sent after the allowed period of time may be shipped back to the customer and all costs incurred in returning the item will be charged to the customer.
Exchanges are subject to the regular shipping and handling charges. No returns are allowed for wholesale orders, special orders, socks, and accessory items.
